LOL, I did something like that with a halloween evil pumpkin mask in Anchorage using my 4 watt output 532 nm laser with a huge collimation lens on it, the cloud layer above was only a few hundred feet high and it worked very well, probably scared someone as you couldnât see the beam itself very well due to having been expanded to 12 inches.
